In the modern market economy,with increasingly fierce competition,the traditional state-owned manufacturing enterprises are facing huge development crises and challenges,especially in the context of the reform of the country's supply-side structure in recent years,aviation manufacturing enterprises are facing great pressure of transformation and upgrading.Aviation manufacturing industry,which integrates process design and manufacturing execution,is an industry with high knowledge and technology intensity.The product structure,manufacturing technology and manufacturing activities of aviation products are highly complex.The production of aviation products also has typical characteristics: discrete production,product structure and process flow is very complex,product supporting parts and the number of many,plus a large number of structural parts need mechanical processing and assembly,so that the production process coordination is very complex and long production cycle.Therefore,the production process management of aviation products has been a hot and difficult problem.We find that foreign excellent aviation manufacturing enterprises,such as Boeing and Airbus,gradually change their production mode by optimizing production process and improving logistics management,so as to achieve lean production.Therefore,the establishment of a set of lean and efficient production logistics process is an effective way not only to achieve lean manufacturing,but also to enhance the core competitiveness of China's aviation manufacturing means.Founded in 1958,Company C is a super large enterprise affiliated to Aviation Industry Corporation of China,Ltd.,it is an important manufacturer of civil aircraft parts in the main bases of aviation weapon and equipment research,and production and export in China.In recent years,the company's operating income and profit have hit a new high year after year,nearly three years of sufficient orders provide the development of a good situation.At the same time,the company's products are constantly upgrading,and technology is constantly iterative update,and the need for management improvement is urgent.However,limited by the traditional organizational structure mode and functional management mode,the production logistics management of the company has remained in the stage of decentralized management traditional mode,in particular,the bottleneck section of the company's production capacity and product quality--the heat treatment and surface treatment section,its production logistics process and management still have many deficiencies,the production and manufacturing is not lean and low efficiency and other phenomena are still widespread,it is necessary to deeply analyze the current situation and summarize the experience,and it can point out the existing problems,explore the methods to solve the problems,and form the optimization scheme.This paper introduces the planning and control related theories of production logistics,logistics process optimization theory,production logistics system planning and design and other related theories and methods of production logistics,as the basis of research and application,it also summarizes the relevant theories and applications at home and abroad.Secondly,through theoretical and practical operation analysis of company C's heat treatment and surface treatment production logistics,the breakpoints and difficult problems of the logistics process in the production stage are analyzed.Based on relevant data support,and in terms of organizational structure,production process,production logistics layout and other aspects,the serious problems of company C's heat treatment and surface treatment production logistics are summarized.Finally,this paper proposes the optimization scheme of company C's heat treatment and surface treatment production logistics: it innovates organizational structure,optimizes production logistics process and production logistics layout,and on the basis of investigation and research,it combines with the actual situation of production logistics layout and scientific logistics data analysis to optimize the layout of production logistics facilities,through a certain logistics analysis method.At the same time,a series of supporting facilities were developed to ensure the smooth implementation of production and logistics process optimization.It is hoped that this paper can provide effective ideas for the improvement of the production capacity and product quality of heat treatment and surface treatment processing of company C,and at the same time,it can bring some references for the practice of lean logistics management and warehousing management of enterprises in the same industry.
