With the rapid development of aviation industry and the increasing range of aircraft production tasks, Traditional "Fixed-position type" assembly model is difficult to adapt to the production requirements of the modern aircraft assembly, such as short cycle, fast rhythm, high precision, and high efficiency etc. The aircraft production model Represented by pulsing assembly is the main development goal of the next stage in the aircraft assembly field, which gradually highlights its huge advantages. Lean thinking as the core of the production logistics system is the foundation of distribution management which meets the requirements such as Fixed-point, timing, and quantitative distribution. And at the same time, it always plays a decisive role to the whole aircraft pulse finial assembly line. The production logistics management level of aircraft assembly as well as the choice of distribution strategy affects the efficiency of assembly directly. However the traditional aircraft assembly positions, material waiting-for-processing area, line-side inventorys, warehouses and other logistics units are decorated with experience in the past. The original distribution strategy has great influence to the execution of assembly task and the implementation of the pulse production mode.Aiming at material the inadequate distribution of the airplane production field, taking a plane pulse assembly line production logistics as the research object, this article carried out the following aspects of the research:Firstly, this paper combined with the plane pulse assembly line production process of logistics requirement, according to the plane layout principle of the production site and the actual assembly process, compared to traditional assembly model and material requirements of the pulsing assembly mode, Analyzed the characteristics of the aircraft assembly process of logistics, Established aircraft pulsing rhythm.Secondly, this paper counters the low production efficiency in the process of logistics distribution,logistics, and low relatedness between production lines, the delivery problems in a timely manner,based on the theoretical analysis of the aircraft assembly process. And defines the lowest logistics cost and the highest time match of delivery as the objective function. This article researches distribution process under the multiple restrictions, and the relationship between the storage units with the aircraft assembly position. And it also optimizes the aircraft assembly material delivery process.Thirdly, based on the discrete system modeling theory and method, this article uses the Em-Plant software building the simulation model on the basis of the initial layout logistics system,collecting production logistics data of the plane pulse assembly line. At the same time, this article uses logistics distribution mathematical model established the production logistics model of aircraft assembly process. And the simulation results of the initial production logistics arrangement are obtained.Finally, based on research results above, this paper optimizes the existing layout based on the establishment of the production logistics evaluation index. Subsequently, optimizes model by comparing with the original production logistics model and gets the ideal production logistics layout scheme of theplane pulse assembly line.
