| With the rapid development of China's social economy,the role of road transport industry in economic construction is more prominent,and the road transport industry has been rapid development.Under this background,road construction technology has also been vigorously developed.In recent years,cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt has sprung up at home and abroad,and has been widely used in actual construction.Cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt is a kind of technical means to reuse waste pavement milling material by using asphalt foaming technology.Under the action of compressive strength,the pavement structure layer is formed to realize the construction purpose of the road.The cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt has low heat consumption and recycling of waste materials,which has better ecological and environmental benefits.The promotion of it can better promote the road construction in China.In this paper,the performance and application characteristics of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt are systematically and comprehensively studied by field test and test.In this process,through foaming test,the foaming mechanism of foamed asphalt and the influencing factors of asphalt performance were analyzed,and the best foaming conditions of foamed asphalt were mastered.At the same time,with the aid of foaming experiment,the physical and mechanical properties of foamed asphalt mixture and its influencing factors are analyzed,and then it is applied in actual construction.In addition,the economic and social benefits of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt are analyzed,and the economic feasibility of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt is demonstrated.The research shows that the cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt has more advantages than the traditional technology in environmental,social and economic benefits.The application of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt in road engineering can better meet the needs of road construction. |
