Research On The Master Planning Of Hexin Town Under The View Of New Urbanization

In 2011,China’s urbanization first exceeded 50%in 2014,at 57.35%.China has transformed itself from a farming society to the urban society,China’s urbanization development has entered a new stage of development.Presented in the report of 18" to adhere to the Chinese characteristic industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization,also stressed the increasing urban and rural development,and promote the integration of urban and rural development,constructing scientific and rational pattern of urbanization of new town development.Small towns as a bridge to connect urban and rural development and the link,preparation of town planning is the implementation of scientific development concept,entry points and one of the practical ways of achieving balanced urban and rural development.Balance urban and rural development,it is necessary to pay more attention to rural development,gradually changing the dualistic economic structure,and gradually narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas,Achieving all-round economic and social development in rural areas and city Township,industry promotes agriculture,urban-rural interaction and coordinated development,achieve the sustainable development of agriculture and the rural economy.In this thesis,we take case study of Hexin Town in the suburban of Changchun City,through combing the new town development of theory associated with the construction of small cities and towns,and to Germany,Japan and other areas of the new town development process,analysis of in-depth analysis and experience.The real problems of our current new towns,especially socio-economic background of the new normal urban and rural integration,equalization of basic public service facilities in both urban and rural areas and in the urban industrial structure adjustment and industrial space layout permutation suburb town development in the context of development issues such as building in-depth analysis and analysis.In planning issues and background analysis on the basis of Hexin Town and Changchun in the upgrading of industrial structure and industrial space layout and construction of bearing base as the Center,city were merged into the main shaft,through the coordination of population and industrial layout,enhance the functions and Changchun HeXin town industry industry type of coordinated and complementary.Industrial hosting Al-Qaeda based on integration as a concept,Xin Town spatial structure,layout of land use,spatial layout,and urban and rural transportation network construction,infrastructure networks,upgrade urban and rural social services facilities,urban and rural ecological environment and green space system planning of in-depth research and analysis.Finally a clear statutory status to the master plan,strengthening public participation in planning and implementation,improve the implementation planning stage and the operation and financial expenditure and to strengthen the planning and implementation of new technologies application.Through this research,for small towns in suburbs of major cities in Northeast China’s development and construction of theory and practice provide useful reference.
