Research On Traffic Impact Assessment Of Jinan Convention And Exhibition Center Complex

The urban complex with one-stop consumption experience and intensive land use is getting more and more attention.However,the urban complex has a very serious impact on the road network and transportation facilities in the project impact area.In order to promote the sustainable development of urban traffic,on the basis of understanding the traffic characteristics of the urban complex and alleviating the impact of urban complex construction on urban traffic,it is very necessary to carry out the evaluation of the traffic impact on the complex.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the urban complex project traffic impact assessment at home and abroad,and puts forward the thought of the project traffic impact assessment and the research technical route.Secondly,the traffic characteristics of the urban complex are summarized and analyzed.According to this,the traffic volume prediction method and the main steps are put forward.The original unit method is used to predict the travel volume and attraction of the project,and the traffic volume,the traffic volume pretest and the traffic mode division are carried out respectively,and the traffic distribution is distributed in the traffic distribution.In the prediction,the dual constrained gravity model is used to analyze the total traffic volume of the background and the project,and the Logit route selection model is used to complete the traffic assignment of the road network.Then it analyzes the characteristics of the impact assessment in the urban complex,analyzes the service level of the road network in the impact area of the project combined with the standard of the road service level,and puts forward the service level of the key intersection,the public transportation facilities in the project impact area,the pedestrian and non motor vehicles,and the parking facilities for the project to build and build the project characteristics year.The impact of the project on the road network and facilities of the affected area is evaluated.In the end,the traffic organization and evaluation principle of the urban complex are formulated,the function of the entrance and the entrance function of the parking garage is located,the flow line of the external traffic organization and the transportation line of the site traffic organization are designed,and the traffic organization is carried out inside the building,and the improvement measures of concrete sections and public transportation and bus stations are put forward.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the urban complex,the traffic demand forecast,traffic organization research and traffic impact assessment are carried out in Ji'nan Convention and Exhibition Center.The flow line design of traffic organization in the affected area,the improvement measures of road network in the project and the design of traffic guidance scheme are completed,which provide the traffic organization for the city complex project.It is important for reference.
