Research On Facilities Layout And Traffic Organization Of East And West Square Of Xuancheng Railway Station

Xuancheng Railway Station is located in the main location of urban integration area,attracts traffic travel and concentration of people.The optimization of train station plaza traffic facilities layout,traffic organization improvement can effectively improve the railway station traffic efficiency and service level.The implementation of the east-west square project of Xuancheng Railway Station is of great practical significance to strengthen the connection between railway station and urban area,to enhance the safety factor of residents' travel,and to guarantee the people's livelihood.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics and traffic characteristics of the railway station,and then puts forward the methods and main steps for forecasting the layout and traffic volume of the railway passenger plaza,and forecasts the output of the trip and the attraction of the project.Respectively,according to the passenger flow,traffic mode,road and ancillary facilities,this paper analyze systematically in the aspects of background traffic volume,project-generated traffic volume forecast and traffic mode division,in order to complete the traffic assignment of road network.Secondly,on the basis of the standard of road traffic service level,this paper analyzes the service level of project-affected regional road network,and analyzes the service level of key intersections,pedestrian and non-motor vehicles,public transport facilities and parking facilities in the project-affected area in the year of completion and characteristic year of the project.And then it obtains the impact of the project on the road network and facilities in the area affected by the project.Based on the characteristics of railway station passenger plaza,this paper completes the optimization design of traffic organization streamline,traffic guidance scheme optimization design and road network improvement measures in the project affected area.The traffic demand forecast,traffic organization research and traffic impact evaluation of Xuancheng Railway Station passenger plaza are carried out,which provides an important reference for the traffic organization of domestic railway station passenger plaza project.Finally,the traffic organization and evaluation principles of Xuancheng Railway Station passenger plaza are formulated,and the functions of entrance and exit of Xuancheng Railway Station passenger plaza and parking garage are located.The external traffic organization flow and the site traffic organization flow are optimized,and the traffic organization is carried out in the building interior.The improvement measures of the concrete road section and the public transport and the bus station are put forward.
