Design And Application Of Lean Production System For Aviation Enterprises Based On The Overall Equipment Efficiency

As one of the five factors in the production(human,machine,material,method and environment),its performance directly and indirectly affects the productivity,quality and cost of the enterprise.Therefore,in an increasingly competitive market environment,enterprises want to maximize the profit of their products,that is,to eliminate all kinds of waste and loss in the production process of the equipment through lean production,and finally verify the improvement effect by improving the overall equipment efficiency.This thesis enriches and develops the theory and application of lean production system improvement,which is of great significance for aviation enterprises to promote lean production and improve OEE.The thesis research establishes an improved implementation model of the overall equipment efficiency for the lean production management.The OEE data system is designed to achieve automatic acquisition,collation and analysis of OEE related data.In combination with the needs of enterprise customers,titanium alloy joint parts were selected as pilot improvement projects,and application verification and evaluation of improvement implementation models were carried out.By designing the OEE data system,the shortcomings of manually collecting OEE data are eliminated,and the most accurate and reliable data of the production site is provided for enterprise managers to make decisions.After the complete and full practice,through the successful operation of the pilot project,the rationality and accuracy of the model of the overall equipment efficiency for the lean production management are proved.
