| The concept of lean production management originated in Japan.After continuous improvement and development,it has gradually formed a series of lean production management concepts and theories,such as seven lean production tools,total quality management(TQM),total equipment maintenance management(TPM)and overall efficiency of equipment(OEE),and has been widely used in manufacturing enterprises to solve the problems of time,cost,quality and efficiency Face to face problems.Through the introduction and promotion of lean production management idea,many manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad have greatly improved the quality qualification rate,production efficiency and business efficiency of enterprises,such as automobile manufacturing,electronic industry,etc.,but in some non-standard parts manufacturing enterprises,after the introduction of lean production management concept,some enterprises have little effect in cost control and efficiency improvement,For example,some cable manufacturing industry,in order to deeply analyze the problems existing in the non-standard parts industry in implanting lean production management concept,this article is specially created.In order to use the lean production management concept to analyze the problems in the non-standard parts industry more clearly,this paper takes TB cable company as the research object,firstly introduces the product characteristics,process flow and production status of TB cable company in detail,and finds that the biggest product characteristics of cable industry are more specifications,more models,more complex processes and more model changes,and according to the results of field investigation,TB cable is obtained The biggest problem of the company is that the overall production efficiency is not high.To solve the problem of low overall production efficiency,we must understand the overall efficiency of TB cable company.Therefore,we introduce lean production "product family" tool to divide TB cable company’s products into four production lines according to product characteristics,and then use "value flow chart" tool to select representative products in each production line to draw value flow chart and find out each production line Line "bottleneck process".Then,using "physical flow chart" and "action analysis" and other lean production tools,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the comprehensive efficiency of each production line from three aspects of "time efficiency","equipment performance" and "quality qualification rate",and finally uses "standardized operation SOP","total quality management TQM" and "comprehensive quality management" After the implementation of the company’s cable management plan,the overall efficiency of the company’s equipment management was improved,and the overall efficiency of equipment management was improved.In a word,taking TB cable company as an example,this paper analyzes the non-standard product characteristics and production problems in the cable industry.The innovation lies in the comprehensive use of lean production value stream,physical flow,bottleneck process,product family and other tools,combining theory with practice from three aspects of time efficiency,equipment performance and quality improvement The overall plan to improve the production efficiency of TB cable company not only achieves the purpose of improving the overall efficiency of TB cable company,but also provides ideas for the non-standard parts industry how to use lean production theory to analyze the problems existing in enterprise production.However,there is still much room for improvement due to the lack of relevant academic articles in this industry and the congenital deficiency of TB cable company’s production layout.In the later stage,we will continue to strive to achieve perfection. |
