Research On Development Strategy Of Cold Chain Logistics Base Of Changsha XiaNing Railway Port Based On MSFLB Framework

This paper takes the basic theory of cold chain logistics as the premise of research,comprehensively analyses the general situation of Foreign Railway cold chain logistics development,emphatically analyses the development course of American railway cold chain logistics,the network of Canadian railway cold chain logistics base and the development mode of French "farm market + railway freight line",which provides valuable experience for the planning strategy of China’s railway cold chain logistics base.This paper elaborates on the domestic research on cold chain logistics and railway cold chain logistics,and on this basis,defines the development strategy of China’s railway cold chain logistics base.Under the framework of MSFLB,this paper carries out five levels of analysis and Research on the strategic development of cold chain logistics base of Changsha XiaNing Railway Port.The PEST analysis method is used to analyze the market of the project,the SWOT analysis method is used to position the project strategically,the functional design and layout design of the project are studied and discussed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and the theoretical basis for the operation and implementation of the project is laid by making various positioning of the business plan.In addition,in view of the strategic positioning,objectives and implementation path of railway cold chain logistics base,this paper gives suggestions in four aspects: building the Internet of Things,improving the construction of base facilities,developing the regional service of base and expanding the profit model of base.It provides a reference for the other three cold chain logistics bases of railway ports being planned and constructed by China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.Model and Promotion Space.
