In order to solve the problem of water resources exposed in the process of urbanization in our country,the integration of water affairs and information management are expected to become an important way to solve the problem.According to the whole life cycle of water resources to design,including water production,water supply,water use,sewage treatment these four links,each link is relatively independent,but interrelated.Tap water plants take water from water sources and make water quality meet drinking standards through a series of treatment.Finally,the process of transferring water to water supply network is called water-making link.The three-dimensional system can change the traditional manual management mode in water work,improve work efficiency,reduce safety risks,improve the utilization rate of water supply resources and reduce energy consumption.When the author participated in the Tangshan Water System Project,he made a thorough investigation on the water works.The demand analysis and development practice were carried out for all the technological links and equipment facilities of the water works.The research contents mainly included:(1)Deeply understand the whole water treatment process of waterworks,analyze the problems that need to be solved in the process of waterworks,put forward the solutions pertinently,and complete the demand analysis of the monitoring system of water production operation and the dispatching optimization system of water intake pumping stations.(2)According to the demand analysis and the working system of waterworks,the functions of data monitoring,equipment information management,abnormal alarm information management,patrol information management and maintenance information management of Waterworks for important water treatment structures of waterworks have been completed.The existing data are used to establish data analysis curves to help water plants to provide basis for analysis of operational problems.(3)The improved Apriori algorithm is used to calculate the frequent set of faults through the fault data of the pump,which can help the maintenance personnel find out the fault problem pertinently when inspecting the faulty pump,and reduce the repair time and unnecessary wear and tear during the disassembly process.(4)According to the forecasting water demand of water supply area,the modeling method of optimal dispatching of intake pumping station is studied,and the optimal dispatching model of intake pumping station is established and solved with the information of head and flow as constraints,combined with the change of water level in clear pool.On the premise of ensuring safe and reliable water supply in waterworks,each pump can operate efficiently,improve work efficiency and save the power consumption of the pump.
