Abstract/Summary:
Building information model(BIM)has gone through decades from 2002,when it’s formed,and has been gradually promoted in the construction industry after its introduction into China,and its technical research in the field of bridge engineering is developing with a high speed.To add information,models and intelligent management into the entire process of engineering projects is a more advanced engineering technology.As a building with large volume,complex structure and construction,bridge engineering has an urgent need for the development of BIM technology.Based on the rapid development of bridge BIM technology,this master dissertation carries out the parametric design research of cable bridge system based on BIM.The specific contents of the research are as follows:(1)According to the parameterized design method of BIM and the implementation strategy of bridge BIM,the research status in China and foreign countries is sorted out,and the software parametric design ability of the main platform of bridge BIM is compared,and the software suitable for the research object is selected as Dynamo,the modeling level and accuracy is determined then,the research method for the suspension bridge cable system parametric design model is also defined;(2)According to the four components of the cable system,based on the drawings and the design specifications,the design experience and rules of each design are discussed,and the idea of BIM application is obtained.For the main cable,the development law of material properties,the relationship between the weight of the strands and the total length of the bridge,the arrangement of the strands and the preliminary design method of the section are studied,and the idea of BIM application is given.For the sling,two types of statistics are counted.The use of the section can be used as a reference for the design;For the cable clamp,the key check in the specification is discussed,and the minimum spacing of the various screws of the existing bridge and the distance from the center to the outer edge of the outer screw are counted,which can be used as a reference for preliminary design;For the cable saddle,the structural forms of the main cable saddle and the loose cable saddle of some domestic suspension bridges are counted,and the key parameters of the construction are sorted out,which can be used as a reference for preliminary design;(3)BIM-based parametric design model of cable system of suspension bridge,which is applied through Dynamo and Excel data linkage to achieve specific applications.For the main cable,the preliminary design cross-sectional area calculation is explored,and the effective conclusion is obtained through the judgment of the preset conditions,and the preliminary design data is obtained.For the hanger,the geometric parametric model is explored through input.The 18 initial parameter values are used to establish the overall model.For the cable clamp,the geometric parametric model and parameter checking are explored.Through the input of 23 initial parameter values,the overall model is established and the parameters are checked.The saddle is explored for its geometric parametric model,and the overall model is established by inputting the initial parameter values.
