| Because the cable line has obvious characteristics such as small insulation distance,small working space,large capacitance to ground,and underground operation,if the complete operation of the cable line is carried out,the maintenance work of the cable line and other work will cause great safety hazards.In addition,there are many problems in the laying work and protection work of the flexible bypass cable,which seriously affects the work efficiency.Therefore,on this basis,this paper has conducted in-depth research on the key technologies for the practical use of non-stop power maintenance operations.This paper mainly studies the practical technology of the cable terminal's unpowered operation used by the State Grid.The research work is carried out through the following aspects: Firstly,the 10 kV distribution line maintenance and its dangerous points are analyzed,and the 10 kV power distribution is introduced.The maintenance content of the line,as well as the characteristics,classification,prediction methods and control measures of the dangerous points in the maintenance of the distribution line,there is a huge potential safety hazard in the live working;then the research and development of the 10 kV cable terminal live working device,including the 10 kV quick plug cable Development of branch box,bypass flexible cable conversion connector,and bypass flexible cable intermediate connector device;in addition,this paper also studies flexible bypass cable laying method and protective device,including flexible bypass cable laying method and bypass cable The development of the over-the-road overhead laying device and the development of the bypass cable ground laying device not only set the relevant technical parameters,but also realized the related structure and function design.The research results of this paper can provide certain ideas and technical support for the company's non-stop operation,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of 10 kV cable line operation. |
