Qingyuan County is a prone area for mountain flood disasters,and information-based flood control measures can effectively improve the efficiency of flood control work.The purpose of this paper is to improve the flood control dispatching system of Qingyuan County through the research and analysis of the information system of the flood control dispatching system in Qingyuan County,and improve the flood control efficiency of the information-based flood control measures in Qingyuan County.Qingyuan county flood control dispatching system mainly includes mountain flood warning platform,wireless warning broadcast and flood control video consultation system.The mountain flood early warning system can operate stably for a long time under severe weather conditions such as heavy rain and flood,realize real-time automatic collection,transmission and analysis of water situation data,and provide real-time water and rain information and gain valuable time for the formulation of flood forecasting operations and scheduling schemes.The wireless broadcasting system relies on the nationwide wireless mobile network to issue early warning information of mountain flood disaster according to the different terrains,landforms and environments of the townships and towns under its jurisdiction,and adopts different technical implementation schemes to timely remind the masses to avoid risks in advance.Video consultation system can accurately and effectively realize real-time information sharing.It plays a linkage role in flood control and drought relief and other water conservancy work in qingyuan county.Especially in flood season,it can link up with provincial and municipal levels 24 hours a day to ensure that the water and rain conditions can be started artificially in the first time.This paper analyzes,debugs,sets up and applies qingyuan county mountain flood early warning system,qingyuan county video consultation system and qingyuan county wireless early warning radio station.Through the analysis and research of each part,the construction and improvement of the qingyuan county flood control information dispatching system are strengthened,and the qingyuan county flood control information dispatching system is established and improved.At last,the goal of disaster prevention and reduction is achieved through the use of water conservancy information means.
