In the 21 st century,with the rapid,stable and healthy development of our national economy,the construction of various kinds of infrastructure has been continuously improved,and the life and quality of people's lives have been continuously improved.People have also put forward higher requirements for the supply of electricity.In order to provide higher power supply quality,stronger power supply capacity,more rational distribution of power output,and more efficient use of existing distribution network resources,the construction of power distribution automation has become a must for the modernization of power systems.Compared with the past operation and maintenance management methods of distribution networks,the operation and maintenance management methods of distribution automation systems are more intelligent and advanced,and they can use advanced sensing and measurement technologies and modern communication technologies to combine computer software systems with power equipment to monitor the operation of distribution networks in real time.The distribution network is squeezed into a controllable whole.When the distribution network fails,it can identify the fault site in time,analyze the cause of the failure,provide assistance for the timely handling of the accident,shorten the failure recovery time,and form the fault point of the network loop.It can also divide the fault point through distribution automation.Reorganization of distribution network to achieve the most reasonable solution to distribution network failure,to ensure the reliability of electricity use.In this paper,according to the current situation of distribution network in this area and the future development of the demand for electricity supply,the reliability of power supply and the need to strengthen distribution automation construction are discussed and studied.In this paper,the development of power distribution automation at home and abroad is briefly described,and the current situation of power distribution automation in Sujiatun area is analyzed.According to the backward distribution network frame in Sujiatun area,the proportion of single power source radioactive lines is large,the connection rate is low,and the proportion of lines that meet the N-1 standard is low.This paper analyzes the influence of the primary network frame on distribution automation,and puts forward the renovation scheme of primary network frame of distribution network.Due to the fact that in the past,the Sujiatun area had not been automated for distribution,this project combined with the current situation of the distribution network in the Sujiatun area,and determined the construction plan for the distribution automation system suitable for the Sujiatun area based on the principles of simple,practical and economical construction,according to the wiring characteristics of the existing lines.This paper proposes to realize power distribution automation by means of three modes: centralized control,operational monitoring and in situ control,and analyses the renovation plan of power distribution primary equipment,the layout requirements of terminal equipment,and the choice of communication equipment.The network scheme,communication scheme and construction scale of the distribution automation system are determined,and the general structure,network scheme,communication network construction plan and distribution network automation sub-station construction plan are studied in depth.Finally,through the contrast analysis before and after the transformation,it is concluded that the power supply reliability and voltage stability of Sujiatun area have been significantly improved through the automatic transformation of power distribution.The construction of the distribution line automation renovation project in Sujiatun District will greatly enhance the observability,measurability and controllability of the distribution network in Sujiatun District and meet the development needs of the smart distribution network.Improve working efficiency,reduce running cost,establish a good social image,enhance the comprehensive benefits of power supply enterprises,and promote the economic development of the entire Sujiatun region.
