With the developments of social economy and reform and opening-up in China in recent years, the number of dangerous reservoirs is increasing with each passing day, which makes many small and medium-sized reservoirs lose their original purposes and functions.Especially, the operation and management of small reservoirs are affected by more external factors, and various reasons bring great inconvenience to the management of reservoirs in China. In this paper,by introducing the thesis research background, combining with the current our country small and medium-sized introduces the present situation of reservoir seepage path of water conservancy projects, expounds the practice of small reservoirs safety and its research development status at home and abroad,to drop, such as soil Long Shuiku argument analysis, through the present situation of soil Long Shuiku run efficiency, hydrology and geology, reservoir with the status quo, etc.,using the engineering level evaluation, namely from reservoir index, function index, engineering safety index analysis, determine soil Long Shuiku engineering level,at the same time the ground Long Shuiku drop in reason and evidence,to determine soil Long Shuiku drop, etc.,This paper expatiates on the necessity of reservoir engineering construction after lowering and the engineering design of tulong reservoir after lowering,so as to ensure the safety of reservoir engineering after lowering. At the same time,it also explains the adjustment of engineering task, personnel and engineering management after lowering, and further expounds the improvement measures of small reservoir management. At the same time, this paper provides important reference value for other similar projects...
