| After the reform and opening,with the sustained economic development,China’s environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,and the quality of water resources has been declining.Therefore,how to reduce the environmental pollution caused by economic development and achieve sustainable economic development are important topic of current research.The ecological construction of river channel is an important link in the construction of modern ecological city.Strengthening the construction of water conservancy projects,improving the system of flood control,flood discharge,irrigation and other irrigation facilities are the basis of building a water ecosystem with good circulation function.In addition,to strengthen the ecological river management and environmental protection is to meet the people’s survival and development of the foundation.This paper taking the project of shenyang huishan open channel water system as the research object.Based on the preliminary design and research work in shenyang huishan open channel drainage engineering,the necessity of ecological management was evaluated and analyzed in order to solve the current social and economic development of the contradiction between the demand and the water conservancy project construction.Combination of river ecological management at home and abroad advanced cases,the overall layout and measures were designed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)according to development status of the two sides of huishan mingqu of this project,the flood control standard of the river control project is the once-in-20 years flood,the grade of the embankment project and the building blocking the river is grade 4,and the grade of the building breaking the embankment is grade 4.Huishan open channel design flood peak was 32.25 m~3/s once every 20years.(2)according to the natural and cultural environment on both sides of huishan mingqu,this project is divided into two parts,which are respectively:the first section(pile no.0+000~1+300)of huishan open channel from tunnel outlet to fanjiafun village.The second section(pile no.1+300~10+400)is from fanjiafun village to the xinkai river.Considering that the river enters the urban area and many residential communities are distributed on both sides of the river,second section creates a livable and water-friendly landscape river.(3)the design of the longitudinal section of the river course shall be combined with the engineering construction and landscape requirements.In accordance with the principles of combining nature and reducing excavation,the site selection of each retaining building and the elevation of the floor shall be determined with the survey plan and the longitudinal section diagram.The final design embankment top height is 0.64m,and the average value of this design height is 0.7m. |
