In recent years,China has launched the national soil and water conservation Key management project and slope farmland soil erosion control project.The Baoyu small watershed of Xintai in Shandong Province is located in the National Key Control Areas for Soil and Water Conservation in the TaiYi hilly Area(Mount Tai and Mount Yimeng),which is a typical area of northern Rocky Mountain soil in China,the watershed undertake the mission of leading the key project of the National Key Control Areas for Soil and Water Conservation,developing ecological agriculture,promoting rural revitalization and regional economic development.Based on this,this paper takes the Baoyu small watershed in Xintai City as the research object,and on the basis of analyzing and diagnosing the natural resources conditions,social and economic status,development advantages and existing problems of the small watershed,combines the principles and techniques of soil and water conservation and ecological landscape,and puts forward the overall goal of soil and water conservation ecological landscape Engineering Design in the Baoyu small watershed and the " One corridor,three belts and four zones" Overall functional layout;This paper analyzes the characteristics of each functional area,optimizes and designs the typical control measures of the functional area and explores the development mode and approach of ecological landscape management of soil and water conservation in Small Watersheds in mountainous areas,which can transform the traditional soil and water conservation into modern soil and water conservation in the new period To promote the improvement of the comprehensive management technology and service function of the small watershed in National Key Control Areas for Soil and Water Conservation and to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the development of rural regional economy and beautiful rural construction.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Through systematic analysis,the characteristics and advantages of the resources in the Baoyu small watershed: Small watershed Mountains wrapped,the surrounding mountainsin various forms,unique landscape,lush mountain vegetation,rich ecological resources,with Taishan traditional residential culture,leopard Yu villager characteristics of the culture,but also the Shengshui Mountain Confucius resident drinking spring Water "Shengshui Spring" The unique historical and cultural resources of allusions;known as the "hometown of Apricot" is known as the characteristics of forest fruit,rich agricultural products.Resource disadvantages and problems: the utilization of land structure in small watershed is unreasonable,the number of water conservancy facilities is low,and the lack of effective integration of soil conservation engineering and ecological Landscape engineering,the project area is rich in natural resources,but the lack of soil and water conservation ecological landscape engineering overall layout and planning and design cases,resource potential needs to be further developed and promoted.(2)This paper puts forward the goal of small watershed management and development in line with the actual situation of the project area: taking the nature as the tone,taking soil and water conservation as the core,using the theory of soil and water conservation and landscape ecology and the integration theory and method.relying on the unique folk customs and historyin southeastern Shandong Province.integrating the green mountains,green waters and Pastoral scenery and rural wild fun,we carried out the small watershed management project-ecological landscape planning and design,and built the small watershed of Bauyu into an eco-agriculture,beautiful countryside and eco-tourism area based on Soil and water conservation and aimed at high efficiency,high quality and sustainable development.(3)The design concepts and principles of insisting on maintaining and restoring the overall ecological function of the basin,combining soil and water conservation with ecological landscape planning,comprehensive treatment according to local conditions,combination of natural landscape and humanistic landscape,soil and water conservation engineering and rainwater harvesting and utilization are put forward.The overall functional layout of "One corridor,three belts and four zones" in the small watershed of Baoyu is put forward in an innovative manner.Namely: one corridor-water system landscape viewing gallery;three belts-water conservation forest ecological restoration belt,economic forest fruit sightseeing and leisure demonstration belt,horizontal terraced landscape demonstration belt,four zones-Shengshui Mountain rainwater harvesting and utilization demonstration touristzone,characteristic ecological agriculture demonstration zone,water source protection and waterfront leisure zone of Shimen Reservoir,characteristic ecological village scenery exhibition zone.(4)According to the overall functional layout,the corresponding soil and water conservation control measures are designed and arranged in different zones,At the same time,the unique local folk culture and the corresponding ecological landscape elements are added to form a small watershed soil and water conservation ecological landscape engineering system with local characteristics.(5)The benefit analysis after the implementation of the ecological landscape project of soil and water conservation in the "One corridor,three belts and four zones" in the Baoyu small watershed shows that its economic benefits are obvious,its ecological benefits are outstanding and its social benefits are remarkable,and its development prospects are broad.
