As an important component of metro vehicles,the bogie plays an important role in providing traction,supporting vehicles and guiding functions.The performance of the bogies directly determines that whether the metro vehicles can operate safely and smoothly.As the main part to carry various components of the running gear,maintain bogie frame’s good state of size tolerance is the premise to ensure that the various components of running gear normally and collaboratively working,also the important controlling link to prevent train capsized and derail.As the core component of the bogie,the performance of the frame directly determines whether the vehicle can run safely.At present,every country’s rail transit vehicle OEMs and rail transport operations and maintenance departments are increasingly concerned about the performance of the frame,regarded the performance test of the frame as an important step to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.At present,during the overhaul period the urban rail transit vehicle maintenance enterprise did dimension measurement of railway vehicle bogie frame mainly depends on artificial measurement,and the number of dimension measurement is small,mainly focusing on the diagonal dimension measurement of primary spring stand to determine the extent of deformation of the overall frame,without scientific means to do dimension detection of bogie after the overhaul basically,at the same time,for the particularity of the maintenance enterprise,how to solve the problem that with less equipment to do many frame dimension measurement is very important.In this paper,general dimension detection equipment of the various type bogie frame and general frame dimension measurement method were discussed,and the related work can be seen as follows:(1)Analysising various types of bogie frame structure systematically,using the method of finite element analysis,with a certain type of bogie frame as an example to establish frame finite element model,referencing standard UIC615-4 to apply load to do stress calculation,get the maximum stress position under various operating conditions,due to the uncertainty of actual condition,in practice,the frame will withstand the great load exceeds the maximum load in the specification,resulting the deformation of the frame,so determine the maximum stress position under various operating conditions as the risk points of frame deformation and crack approximately,determine the critical dimension of the frame.(2)On the basis of fully understanding the structure and manufacturing characteristics of different types of metro bogie frame,analysising the testing process of metro bogie frame,and to do overall scheme design of the bogie frame dimension general detection platform.Universal detection platform is mainly composed of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine and frame universal supporting and fixing platform,it can do the general supporting、fixing and full-scale measurement to the different types of frame.(3)According to the determined frame size detection point,divided it into distance between points and distance between point surface,due to the problem that frame with different degree of deformation and difficult to measure the hole heart and positioning seat centre.In the process of measurement,using least square fitting to fit the plane of frame;the processing converting the nonlinear equations into the linear equations with the use of generalized inverse matrix of system of linear equations to fit the coordinates of hole heart.(4)On the basis of bogie frame supporting and fixing platform,with the C # development platform,completing the development of dedicated measurement software for the bogie frame dimension universal detection platform.The software has the function of data extraction and calculation,warning of important parameters,output of report,the establishment of frame dimension database,and other functions.(5)Using the dimension universal detection platform to measure typical dimension of a type of frame,comparing the measured results and the frame drawing dimension,the dimension measurement method for the universal bogie frame proposed in this paper is verified. |
