Hydraulic transmission is one of the fastest growing technologies in the field of mechanical equipment.The traveling motor is widely used in industrial products such as traveling vehicles and construction machinery,The traveling motor is mainly composed of a reducer and an axial piston motor,Axial piston motor is one of the most frequently used hydraulic components in modern hydraulic transmission.Traditional swash plate axial piston pump and motor structure has matured,domestic and foreign research mostly uses the axial piston pump as the model to optimize the structure,to improve the noise,leakage,wear and improve work efficiency and other issues.Axial piston pump and motor structure is basically the same,considering the usage conditions of swash plate axial piston motor is different from the swash plate axial piston pump.In this paper,the dynamic performance of the swashplate axial piston motor is studied through a combination of theoretical analysis and computer simulation.Firstly,the working principle and performance parameters of the swash plate axial piston motor are described.The main parts of the swash plate axial piston motor are designed according to the mechanical engineering manual and empirical formula.Then,the hydraulic system model of the swash plate axial piston motor is established on the AMESim.The input module,the pilot auxiliary sub-model,the single-plunger motor volumetric sub-model and the mechanical load model were created.According to the relevant theory,the model and related parameters were analyzed and the hydraulic system model of the nine-plunger motor was combined.The influence of the structure of triangle damping tank on the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of the valve plate was simulated and analyzed by using the hydraulic system model of the motor,and the structure of the damping plate of the valve plate of the swash plate axial piston motor was optimized.Finally,the dynamic model of swash plate axial piston motor is established in ADAMS dynamics software,and the co-simulation platform is completed by interface between ADAMS and AMEsim.The swash plate axial co-simulation platform is runningexactly.The co-simulation is carried out by using the co-simulation model of the swash plate axial piston motor,and the dynamic performance parameters of the motor are analyzed.Through the analysis of the theoretical model and the simulation results,the dynamic performance parameters of the swash plate axial piston motor such as the flow pulsation,the pressure pulsation and the hydraulic pressure of the plunger subjected to different swash plate inclination,different rotational speeds and loads The performance of the swash plate axial piston motor designed on the traveling motor was evaluated visually and accurately,which lays the foundation for the further research on the dynamic performance of the swash plate axial piston motor. |
