Urine test is one of three basic tests in the clinical detection.Current urine analyzer was big,expensive and too complex for family use.Considering these problems,this paper studied issues in the urine analyzer including reducing cost,simplifying the operation and analyzing results intelligently,and finally a kind of urine analyzer was designed in this paper.The main work were:Firstly,the hard ware of the urine analyzer was realized.The hard ware in the device included the core board,the module of locating the detection board,the transmission module,and color collection module,the display module and power module.The core board used in this study was the MicroPython Pyboard based on STM32F405.A hall sensor and a magnetic bead were used to locate the detection board.A stepping motor was used in this study to drive the detection board accurately.The strip color was sampled using a TCS3200 color sensor.A 4.3~#TFT resistance touch screen was used for displaying and human-computer interaction.Finally,the entire system was powered by a3.7V lithium battery.Secondly,the operation system and smart detection algorithm was developed using MicroPython.The main function developed include:UI of the touch screen,algorithm of controlling the stepper,auto-location algorithm of the detection board,realization of the color collection in the center of the strip,the function of saving and showing the results.In addition,a calibration algorithm of the resistance touch screen was realized.Lastly,the urine analyzer system was assembled and the function was tested.The shell for urine analyzer developed in this study was in the shape of cuboid,in the dimension of 132mm*85mm*69mm,and the material was PA.Then,performance test,function test and environment test was operated according to the national standards.The repeatability test showed that the CV of the test results in 10 test repetitions was lower than 7%.The accuracy test show the testing results deviate no more than 1 level from the control result.The stability test show that,the CV in the testing results after preheat,4h after power on,8h after power on was lower than 9%.In conclusion,a urine analyzer base on MicroPython was designed in the paper,the designed device was fast,accurate and stable.It is simple,easy to use and low cost for family use purpose.The designed urine analyzer may have great potential market value and practical significance in the background of national medical system reform.
