Urine analyzer is a important medical device for diagnosing illness of human urinary system by detecting its urine chemical constituents.It can also help the doctor diagnose correctly.The urine was from the blood.As one element of the human being's body fluid environment.The change of its ingredients showed the human being's health status and levels.The urine analytic instrument can give the contents of PH,NIT,GLU,PRO,BLD,KET,URO,SG,LEU,VC and so on in the urine quantify.With the prompt development of computer science,micro-electronics science and precision machinary technology,analysis sturments that have growing trend to exactiutde,family use and personal use and cybernation.In this thesis,firstly,the history of urine analysis and the development of instrument were introduced,showing the basic effects in the clinical practice.With reference to some factories' production of urine analysis home and abroad,their strong points and shortcomings were compared,the production's market orientation and the total thinking for designing were presented.This paper introduces the design of a new-type Urine Analyzer which uses ARM7—LPC213X as its master controller.It uses the GRB three monochromatic light source to irradiate sample band and the photoelectric sensor to process the reflected light signal.Moreover super large-scale LCD with touching screen system is used as Interactive window,provided with real-time voice cue and the like functions. Synchronously,the basic principle of the instrument is descried,with its components,the select of testing wavelength and the collection and receipt of signa described in detail.It adopts software and hardware to realize automatic compensation for environment temperature and luminance and urine color.The data gathering,processing, display,print and serial communication is realized.In the design of the software subsystem,the paper provids with according to the functional differences,the modern design thinking and flow chart were introduced. Some possible corrections were made.The debugging and demarcation methods were introduced in detail.By communicating with PC,necessary location information of the step motors was given.The demarcation of the system was divided by the whole frequency band in order to make the grads consistence and the frequency match well with each other.To the new urine analyzer,the result of measurement is quite right and the instrument is also easy to operate.
