The Design Of An Urine Analyzer

The urine was from the blood. As one element of thehuman being's body fluid environment. The change of itsingredients showed the human being's health status and levels.This instrument designed was based on the phenomena thatdifferent content exist in the samples of the urine, and thedifferent color will be shown after given reactions.In this thesis, firstly, the history of urine analysis and thedevelopment of instrument were introduced, showing the basiceffects in the clinical practice.With reference to some factories' production of urineanalysis home and abroad, their strong points and shortcomingswere compared. the production's market orientation and the totalthinking for designing were presented. At the same time, severalmodels depending on the differences of the function wereseparated.In the design of the hardware subsystem, the principle forthe devices' choice was introduced. In the section of analogsignals input channel, the design of the photoelectric sensor'scircuit, I/V convert, amplifier for analog signals, V/F convert, thethermal line printer M-T153 and the LCD display circuit werecarried out, while giving the parameters of the device, anddesigned the special circuit, for considering the exceptionsoccurred during the instrument is working.In the design of the software subsystem, according to thefunctional differences, the models' design thinking and flow chartwere introduced. Some possible corrections were made.The debugging and demarcation methods were introducedin detail. By communicating with PCs, necessary locationinformation of the step motors' was given.The demarcation of the system was divided by the wholefrequency band in order to make the grads consistence and thefrequency match well with each other.In the end, with comparison to products oversea, thepossible analysis was given according to experimental data.
