Research On Balanced Production Of Subassembly In Digital Workshop

The flat subassembly is widely and representative in ship structure.Production efficiency is of great significance to shorten the period of subassembly construction and reduce the cost of construction.Therefore,some domestic shipyards rebuild digitated production line,but there are still many urgent problems to be solved first,low degree of lean,inefficient labor time,and serious waste of resources.Second,low balance of production load,poor production continuity,the efficiency of the production line is low;third,the balance rate of the production line is low,the business of workers is uneven,fourth,the low adaptability of production,multi-type product construction can not quickly form a stable production beats;fifth,the consistency of the beats of each workstation is low,the production line cannot achieve it."Timely and appropriate" production should be balanced according to the production beatsIt is very important for production line to orderly produce.The aim of balanced production is to make the production line continuous at a relatively fixed beats.In this paper,according to the production characteristics of ship hull plane subsection group,select the digital workshop subassembly production line of shipbuilding enterprises,with its balanced production as the research subject,determine the whole line balanced optimization program.This paper mainly studies the following issues.(1)Analyze and study the operation of the digital workshop.Including group building process of the subassembly,construction principle of production line main influencing factors and limitations.(2)Analyze benefits of lean production,and analyze the improvement direction of lean production through the product value,operation plan,pull the production organization,balance production and production beats(3)Study balance steps of production line,rhythm control,scientific production scheduling,etc.Determine ass production line path of balance and optimization.digital control and industrial engineering theory was used in the production of production line,to make optimization measures and schemes of production line,to determine the equilibrium production series algorithm,to provide easy operation method of balanced production control for engineers.(4)Discuss the balancing scheme of flat subassembly production line,to optimize and support from different aspects such as production process,station function,working condition analysis,scientific production scheduling and so on.A comparison was made between the rhythms and the balanced production.This paper clarifies the basic law and means of balanced production technology control for flat subassembly production line in the digitized workshop,and establishes a set of feasible balanced production management methods on the spot,which can provide optimization methods and ideas for other shipyards,and at the same time,it can also provide a reference for the large-scale shipyards.The construction of segmented digital workshops of ship type has accumulated practical experience in technology and has become a reference example.
