With the continuous innovation and development of the new generation of information technology and communication technology,the digital workshop,as the core means to realize the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,has gradually become the mainstream trend of the development of the manufacturing industry.Aiming at the problem of information integration and interconnection between heterogeneous equipment in the traditional weaving-winding-pultrusion production line and the limitation of manual inspection and troubleshooting,this paper proposes a solution to the traditional production line in combination with new-generation information technologies such as industrial automation and machine learning.The problem of isolated islands of information and the digital weaving-winding-pultrusion integrated production line operation and maintenance system that realizes real-time remote monitoring of the production line’s operating status,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the research status of the digital upgrading method of braiding-windingpultrusion production line at home and abroad is expounded,and the specific production equipment of the braiding-winding-pultrusion production line is introduced.Based on the requirements of the operation and maintenance system of the digital production line,combined with the specification guideline of the digital workshop,the architecture design of the operation and maintenance system of the weaving-winding-pultrusion digital production line is carried out.Then,based on the idea of OPC UA modeling technology and meta-model,abstract the types of intelligent equipment in the weaving-winding-pultrusion production line,and combine the private attributes of the underlying equipment of the production line to extend the model of the intelligent equipment parent class,and integrate all equipment models Convergence realizes the construction of the information model of the weaving-winding-pultrusion production line,instantiates the information model with the help of Ua Modeler and exports it into an XML document,describes the information model in the form of XML.Secondly,the OPC UA server and client are written based on C++ and C#technology to realize the unified data collection interface of the digital production line operation and maintenance system.The data storage module of the weaving-windingpultrusion production line is realized by using My SQL database technology.Design different data acquisition solutions for devices that support and do not support OPC UA.Based on the DIAView industrial configuration software,the operation and maintenance system of the braiding-winding-pultrusion digital production line was designed and developed.Finally,based on the machine learning algorithm to analyze the historical data in the database of the weaving-winding-pultrusion production line,a tabu search algorithm improved by iterative greed is proposed to realize the production scheduling optimization of the weaving-winding-pultrusion production line and solve the irrelevant problems.Parallel machine scheduling problem.
