Study On The Post Occupancy Evaluation And Optimization Strategies Of Guanyin Lake Wetland Park In Suining,Sichuan Province

The urban wetlands have multiple functions and their abilities of recovery and purify environments are a very important supplement of urban environment system.Nowadays,the progress of industrialization and urbanization becomes much quicker,resulting in the living environment of urban becoming worse and worse.The dwellers in urbans are threaten by the water and gas emissions.In that case,the importance of wetland resources is recognized by more and more researchers and more and more urban wetland park are about to build to deal with that problem.However,the research of wetlands starts recently and relative exercises on planning and design are limit.This limit leads our urban wetland parks built recently are somehow in same style of design and planning,provided a poor experience to users.So,exploring the POE system of urban wetland park have a significant meaning,and to provide useful advice for the upcoming re-innovation of urban wetland parks as well as inspiration of following design and planning.This paper based on the post occupancy evaluation theory,to evaluate the Guanyinhu wetland park in Suining city.The paper used literature retrieval,questionnaires,interview survey,statistical analysis as research methods to verify the original design and planning in what degree to satisfy the users' need.During the research progress,I've received a total number of 238 and 89 for normal questionnaires and semantic differential questionnaires respectively.According to the research result,the most part of users are satisfied with the wetland park,especially in landscape design,fully equipped facilities,reasonable routing design and safety design.However,we also find this wetland park lack guidance banner,rain shelter,chairs for rest,maintenance of some spots and educational facilities,etc.To solve mentioned problems,this paper provides corresponding suggestions.I hope this research can provide users feedbacks as references for the future improvement of this wetland park to satisfy the users' needs and hope the conclusion and suggestions of this research can provide reference to relative design and planning in the future.
