The Research Of Wetlands Protection Planning In Urban Parks

Wetlands in urban parks are precious natural resources in cities, which not only provide many kinds of products for citizens'production and living, but also perform an important function of ecological service and landscape for cities. Because of historical reasons, deviation of recognition and impropriety of protection measures, wetlands in urban parks are confronted with many crises, such as being invaded and excess of exploitation. It is no time to delay to develop efficiency protection planning. But now there is no research about universal wetlands protection planning in urban parks in our country, so research about the planning has become the urgent affairs about wetlands protection in urban parks.This thesis takes wetlands ecological environment impact assessment ,land ecological use planning , environmental bearing capacity, ecological restoration recreation activity, cleaner production and community as theoretical basis of research, imports sewage disposal technology of artificial wetlands as technical support, analyzes and studies the status of excellent wetlands protection planning in the planning authorized systems, and mechanism of formulating basis, guiding ideology, planning principle, planning program and deepness of achievement, and considers that wetlands protection planning in urban parks should be regulatory plan, and should have correspond protection requests and dominated contents. Then the thesis studies the contents of wetlands protection planning in urban parks in detail, including: the investigation of wetlands, the applicability analysis of wetlands, the district planning of wetlands, the control of water current and quality and the recovery and exploitation planning of wetlands, and considers by planning, the condition of wetlands in urban parks can improve greatly, the value of wetlands in urban parks can be achieved in a higher degree, and urban parks can provide more services for society. In the end the thesis testifies the feasibility and manipulation of theory of wetlands protection planning in urban parks that the thesis studies through a real case --- the application of wetlands protection planning in Kui Lin Park in Nantan island.
