Research And Design Of Coal Terminal Transfer Towers' Wireless Lighting Based On ZigBee Technology

With the development of technology and society,the traditional lighting system can hardly be suitable for the condition of Qinhuangdao port fourth coal terminal.So there is badly in need of a new intelligent controlling,energy saving lighting system here.Based on a practical application,this paper analyzed the demands of coal terminals' transfer tower lighting system,then put forward the principles of it,combining the latest technology of NIOS and ZigBee,finally designed a new wireless controlling lighting system to meet the actual need.First of all,this paper analyzed China coal terminals' status que and existing problems,then described some traditional lighting system and the technical demands of coal terminals' tower.according to the analysis of practical demands,selected ZigBee as the short distance communication technology.This paper had a new design on the architecture of the network of the wireless controlling lighting system,using the protocol standard,system and topology of ZigBee wireless control network which based on embedded processor NIOS II,to make a detailed achievement of the architecture of the network and the function of different layers.Secondly after the detailed introduction and practical research,this paper expounded the overall design principles and set up its control methods.Meanwhile finished the function setting of NIOS II,then formed the control network by ZigBee,designed control terminals.The hardware and software were also designed,and the operating circuit was finished.Software codes was shown and control logic was built.Finally,we designed the upper-computer software and put this system into use...
