Performance The iron and steel industry is an important basic industry of the national economy and a cornerstone of the country.However,the extensive development in the p ast 20 years has become the bottleneck of enterprises’ suffering from excess capacity,exce ssive energy consumption and excessive discharge of pollutants.During the Twelfth Five-Y ear Plan period,iron and steel enterprises are facing problems such as loss of production c apacity,lack of innovation and development,and the unceasing boost of environmental en ergy constraints.Enterprises’ continuous operation is facing difficulties.In this case,it is v ery important for enterprises to adopt energy-saving technology and introduce energy-savi ng and emission reduction projects to reduce energy consumption,pollutant emissions and cost-effectiveness.In order to reduce cost and increase efficiency,M Steel Company introduced by-prod uct gas high temperature and ultra-high pressure power generation project,and this paper will conduct a comprehensive technical and economic evaluation of the project.The specific analysis is as follows:Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of this topic from the current situation of the iron and steel industry and the actual evaluation theory.At the same time,according to the relevant literature,it summarizes the development history of the theory of technical and economic evaluation at home and abroad and introduces the research status quo,and then analyzes the research contents and methods of this paper.Secondly,the related theory and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method used in this paper are introduced in detail.The necessity and rationality of M steel company’s by-product gas high temperature and ultra-high voltage power generation proje ct construction are expounded.At the same time,it also compares the high-temperature and ultra-high-voltage generator sets of M Steel with the current high-temperature and hig h-voltage generator sets,and carries out comparative analysis of specific technologies on the three types.After determining the construction plan of M steel high-temperature ultra-high-volta ge generator set: 1×265t/h high-temperature ultra-high pressure gas boiler +1×80MW inter mediate reheating condensing steam turbine +1x85MW generator set,the fuel involved in the construction plan.The technical and economic evaluation of various aspects such as su pply,equipment selection and pollutant discharge has been carried out,which provides a theoreticalreference for similar enterprises to carry out related technology selection.In the last,according to the results of technology comparison,economic analysis and comprehensive assessment,a feasible plan of M steel company that construct high temperature and ultra-high pressure generator set was identified.From 3 aspects including technical merits,economic effects and environmental influence,an evaluation model of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method was established.The feasibility of that generator set building scheme was further proved through a consistency check of the evaluation model towards comprehensive evaluation system.
