| The global energy consumption structure is in a critical period of transition from fossil fuels to clean and low-carbon energy.Biomass energy has received widespread attention due to its carbon-neutral and renewable characteristics.Simultaneously,biomass power generation is the direct use of biomass fuels for combustion and conversion into energy which is easy to develop on a large scale and is currently the most widely used technology in China.As an important part of project development and construction management,the techno-economic appraisal is of great significance to the investment decision-making of biomass power generation project.This paper first summarized the current state of the techno-economic evaluation methods,industrial policies of biomass power generation projects,and clarifies the importance of technical and economic evaluation in the investment decision-making process of biomass power generation projects.It further introduced some related theories which provided the theoretical basis of this paper.Then,analyzing technical scheme by using the theoretical basis and techno-economic appraisal methods in K-biomass power generation projects,which included raw material supply,equipment scheme and technology scheme.This paper further conducted the economic benefits analysis by using profitability analysis and solvency analysis,and figured out sensitivity indexes through uncertainty analysis.Finally,the relevant development suggestions from the dimension of improving economic benefits are put forward to provide support for project management.The technical and economic evaluation research of the K biomass power generation project shows that the technical scheme of the project is operable,has good economic benefits,and has good investment economy.The research of this paper provide important criteria for investment decision-making and effective implementation of K-biomass power generation projects,it also provides useful references for similar enterprises. |
