As a key component of the industrialization process,the automobile industry is facing the social problems such as traffic jam,energy consumption and environmental pollution at the present stage.In the last ten years,our country has invested a lot of resources in the research of new energy vehicles,and explored the hybrid power and hydrogen fuel.Similarly,the research on the field of intelligent transportation is in full swing,too.And the technology of the Internet of vehicles is an important research direction in this field.Asan important part of the Internet of Vehicles Systems(referred to adIOVS),th e vehicle terminals main function is to collect real time information of vehicles,including vehicles’ static data and running data,and sends the information to the background service center through the network.After collecting and analyzing the information,the service center will forward the situation to the driver to make him understand the dri ving condition,so that the driver can make the traffic planning in time.In this paper,we mainly use embedded technology,Internet technology and communication technology to design a vehicle terminal system with high stability and excellent operation efficiency.Because the system structure adopts dual processor architecture,it cannot only meet the high performance demand of products,but also achieve the condition of low power consumption The rationality of system cost is considered.And the real timeof the system will be guaranteed.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Expounds the structure of the vehicle networking system,analyzes the functional requirements of the vehicle terminal,and designs the overall structure and function of the termina.2.Study the key technologies used in research process of vehicle terminal,including CAN BUS communication technology,automobile diagnosis technology,TCP/IP communication technology,μC/OS-Ⅱ and Linux technology related content.3.According to the market demand of the vehicle terminal,on the basis of the origin alproducts,design the hardware circuit of the terminal system,select the core processor and peripheral circuit related equipment,as we use the Fujitsu Mb91f526 chip(MCU)an d Freescalei.MX6UL chip(CPU)as the dual main control module,and use HUAWEI 4G communication module as a data transmission medium,to design and implement the hardware,intend to make it highly integrated in the hardware design process,and light enough,easy to install,not only reduce the occupied space in the vehicle products,while improving product safety factor;which makes the terminal the interaction between vehicle terminals and the wireless communication network more stable,and reduce the effect of signal attenuation and unstab e factors because of the interference of terminal hardware and equipment caused by the complex environment changes in the vehicle.4.Embedded systems configuration and software design.In terms of MCU,we transplan tthe μC/OS-Ⅱ kernel,complete the allocation of dependence-driven and system task resources,build a system platform and task allocation logic,then implement specific function alities through the programming.In terms of CPU,firstly,install and configure the cross compiler;super terminal,and NFS.Then,build the embedded Linux development platform,including the compilation and transplantation of bootloader;kernel and root file system.Finally;according to the different functional requirements of software,the system is decomposed into multiple modules to realize specific functions.5.Create QT integrated development environment and finish graphic user interface design.The overall debugging of the terminal system is carried out,and the system function is verified,through the test of the communication process between the terminal and the background service center.And design the vehicle CAN data monitoring and translation software based on Labview to test the accuracy of vehicle body data collected by the terminal.Through the overall test,the indicator of vehicle remote monitoring terminal achieves the expected goal,making the interaction process between human and vehicle more convenient and fast,which proves the correctness and practical application value of the work carried out in the paper.
