Electric vehicle technology has developed rapidly in recent years,but electric cars are still immature compared with traditional cars,the safety of electric vehicles has become the focus of attention.The vehicle terminal of electric vehicle carries out the acquisition of vehicle positioning data and state data,and sends it to remote monitoring center through wireless network,it can realize the tracking and real-time monitoring of electric vehicle,and improve the safety of vehicle operation.It has a certain social value.In order to meet the requirement of electric vehicle remote monitoring,a vehicle terminal system based on 16 bit MCU MC9S12XEP100 is designed in this paper.The specific work of this article is summarized as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the functional requirements and key technologies of the electric vehicle terminal system,and designs the software and hardware design solutions.(2)The hardware and software design of the vehicle terminal system is completed.The hardware of the system is designed by the modular design idea.The hardware module includes the main controller module,the CDMA communication module,the Beidou positioning module and the CAN communication module.Complete the overall program of the vehicle terminal system,the location data acquisition program of the Beidou positioning module,the communication program of the CDMA communication module and the program design of the CAN communication module.and complete the acquisition and transmission of the vehicle location data and the state data.(3)The realization and application of the AES encryption algorithm in the vehicle terminal system are studied.According to the characteristics of the AES arithmetic wheel function,the realization process of the wheel function is merged and simplified.A simple look-up table operation and the abnormal operation are used to realize the wheel transformation of the algorithm,and the efficiency of the implementation of the AES algorithm is improved.Finally,the experiment is carried out.The efficiency of the algorithm is compared before and after the algorithm is optimized.The vehicle terminal system designed in this paper has been tested and verified in the laboratory,and achieved the desired effect,and has broad prospects for application.
