In the current booming development of the construction industry,Chinese traditional building production way have exposed a lot of problems,such as labor shortage,difficulty in management,prolonged investment cycles,high costs and low profits,and serious waste of environmental resources.This is not in line with the concept of sustainable development and it cannot meet the growth of the construction industry.The research on the industrialization of buildings in developed countries shows that by realizing design standardization,factory building of component parts,mechanization of construction,and scientific management,building industrialization can become a brand-new building production way that is different from traditional architectural forms,bringing progress and vitality to the construction industry.Compared with traditional building production way,there are many advantages of building industrialization include shortening construction period,improving construction safety,improving project quality,and achieving environmental friendliness and so on.At the same time,the difference in production methods also brings about differences in the supervision of project quality.Judging from the effect of the current project supervision,the unsuitable supervision work has hidden many dangers in the quality of construction engineering products,such as the deviation of regulatory focus,lack of professional standards,lagging regulatory information,and failure to popularize information technology.So it is imperative to study government quality supervision and improve quality supervision.Therefore,based on the theory of building industrialization and the theory of construction engineering quality supervision,this paper analyzes and identifies the defects of the quality of government supervision in the entire process of construction industrialization production,and establishes a set of government supervision effectiveness evaluation system for construction industrialization quality.First,this paper uses HowNet,Wanfang and other academic platforms to collect a large number of related documents.In reviewing the status quo of the development of construction industrialization and the status quo of the government quality supervision research,the paper sorted out theories of construction industrialization production way,quality characteristics of construction industrialization,engineering quality management and government quality supervision.It reveals the differences between the construction industrialization production way and the traditional building engineering production way,and recognizes the defects in the government supervision of construction industrialization.Then introduced the advantages and disadvantages of AHP and entropy weight method and there calculation processes.It shows that the combined use of the AHP-entropy weight method can make the evaluation result more practical reference value,which lays the foundation for the evaluation of the weight system of the evaluation index system.Secondly,starting from the life cycle of the project,the paper identified the defects of government supervision in the construction industrialization in each production stage of the project.Government supervision effectiveness evaluation system for construction industrialization was established from the aspects of engineering decision-making design supervision defects,component factory production stage supervision defects,on-site construction stage supervision defects and project completion stage supervision defects.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index factor,subjective weight and objective weight are obtained.It is proposed that the AHP combined with the entropy-weighted method can be used to obtain the compound weights.And the preference coefficient of the compound weights is obtained by the optimal combination weighting method.The index's composite weights are arranged to obtain the key defect indicators in government supervision effect on the quality of construction industrialization,then targeted improvement suggestions for key defects.The purpose of this article is to scientifically evaluate the effect of government supervision on the quality of construction industrialization,and to look for ways to improve the quality of government supervision.
