In recent years, with the development of science and technology, ship supportability has become one of the important means of ship safety and improvement of design defects at present.Ship supportability always runs through the whole life cycle of ship equipment.Reliability research is an important part of ship supportability engineering. However, the reliability research in China started very late. The reliability research is in the initial stage, and the gap is very big between with the foreign countries. It is necessary to improve the reliability of the ship by reliability analysis.Reliability prediction and reliability apportionment in reliability analysis and calculation can evaluate the rationality of the ship in the design stage, and then apply it to the realization plan of ship design and optimize its design plan. However, the current domestic scholars in the reliability analysis and calculation using block diagram method, fault tree analysis, event tree analysis and binary decision diagram. But most of these methods are calculating reliability data by manual handling. In this process, the work is not only large and cumbersome, but also easy to make mistakes of calculation.Based on this, related researching in this paper relies on the reliability analysis and calculation in the supportability database management and analysis software. The purpose is to design a simple, intuitive, efficient analysis and calculation method that meets the reliability research of the ship. This paper focuses on the design of the calculation and analysis method of the reliability of the ship system, and mainly makes the following contributions:First of all,on the basis of a large number of data, this paper analyzes the research status of ship reliability both at home and abroad. At the same time, the existing problems of domestic reliability research at the present stage are introduced and the solutions are briefly explained. Then, combined with the actual project, the scheme and procedure of the reliability analysis and calculation method of graphical modeling are designed.Secondly, the idea of graphical modeling is introduced. On the basis of the four basic reliability models of series connection, parallel connection, voting and standby system are established in the way of graphic unit. The ship system reliability block diagram based on graphic unit is completed. At the same time, the corresponding directed graph is established through the reliability block diagram, and the commonly used directed graph path search algorithm is introduced.Combined with the topology analysis requirement contrast, the algorithm selection is completed. Therefore, the topology analysis of the connection mode between the equipment of the ship system is completed by using the parallel breadth first algorithm. Finally, the reliability analysis and calculation method is used to complete the reliability prediction and distribution of the ship system according to the connection mode of the equipment. Finally, taking the ship's distribution system as an example, the reliability prediction and reliability apportionment of the distribution system are made according to the relevant parameters of the ship's distribution system.Breadth first search, depth first search and parallel depth first search are used respectively. The reliability analysis and calculation method proposed by the calculated results. The feasibility and superiority of the reliability analysis method used in this paper is verified. The reliability analysis and calculation method of graphical modeling proposed in this paper can greatly reduce the workload of manual computation and manual calculation errors in the process of reliability analysis.
