The increasing global warming and environmental pollution have posed serious challenges,among which the high carbon emissions from the building sector cannot be ignored.Most materials and energy sources used in traditional buildings come from fossil fuels,resulting in a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions during their usage and operation.In response to this problem,the concept of green building emerged.Green residential buildings aim to reduce negative effects on the environment and enhance human well-being and health throughout all stages of their lifecycle,starting from the design and construction,all the way to usage and eventual demolition.Vigorously developing green residential buildings is a crucial means of promoting low-carbon construction of the building sector and urban development as a whole.The main focus of this paper is on identifying the factors that have an impact on the development of sustainable residential buildings.By conducting a literature review and administering a survey,it summarizes 19 influencing factors affecting the development of green residential buildings.On this basis,by using SPSSAU software and DEMATEL method for analysis,seven important influencing factors affecting the development of green residential buildings are obtained.This passage discusses a theoretical model of the evolutionary game between the government,real estate developers,and homebuyers based on seven important influencing factors.The theoretical stability of the equilibrium point in the evolutionary game involving the three parties was analyzed,and Matlab software was utilized to conduct numerical experiments and sensitivity analysis of the evolutionary model.This was done to confirm the validity of the model’s solution and derivation.Furthermore,the impact of the seven parameters on the game equilibrium strategy is studied through sensitivity analysis.The above analysis situation is used for case analysis to further draw relevant suggestions.Based on the analysis of the three major stakeholders of green residential buildings(government,developers and consumers),this paper finally puts forward the following suggestions to promote the healthy development of green residential buildings market.From the government level,it is suggested to strengthen the government’s responsibility of carbon emission supervision,pay attention to control the cost of incentive management and strengthen the incentive for the green residential building market.For developers,it is suggested to increase the promotion and publicity of their green residential building projects,provide more attractive sales strategies,introduce new technologies and innovative designs,use more environmentally friendly and energy-saving building materials and technologies,and actively participate in the formulation and promotion of the government’s green building support policies to win more government subsidies and support.Finally,from the perspective of consumers,it is suggested to actively cultivate the concept of green environmental protection,and actively improve consumers’ awareness and recognition of green buildings through advertising,social media and other forms of publicity and education.Actively visit green building projects,so that consumers themselves more intuitive understanding of the comfort of green buildings,energy saving and environmental protection.
