| Supervision industry is a new type of industry formally developed after the implementation of supervision system in China in 1988.With the gradual development of project construction,supervision industry is also progressing.The development of supervision industry has provided great help to the project construction,but since the supervision evaluation system is not yet mature,the post-evaluation of supervision projects have always been proceeding gropingly.However,there are relatively few studies on post-evaluation of supervision projects.Based on this background,this paper chooses the supervision project of Xishan Royal Garden as the research object,and carries out post-evaluation research on the supervision project.In the process of this study,firstly,the relevant information and literature of construction project supervision and evaluation are collected and sorted out,and then the relevant background and significance of the evaluation of construction project supervision are analyzed.Then the supervision project of Xishan Royal Garden is briefly discussed.Combined with the theory of project supervision and the method system of project post-evaluation,the grey evaluation is taken as the main evaluation method in this paper,and compared with other methods.When using traditional methods to evaluate and analyze the supervision project of Xishan Royal Garden,the qualitative evaluation is mainly used.When using the grey evaluation method to evaluate the project,the objective evaluation index is selected and the evaluation model is constructed.The weight of each evaluation index is calculated by mathematical method and the conclusion of quantitative comprehensive evaluation is obtained.In this paper,a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to evaluate the implementation process of Xishan project,and the achievements,experiences and shortcomings of the project are summarized.Through layering 25 sub-indexes of the post-evaluation system of Xishan project and comprehensive evaluation with grey evaluation method,this paper finds that the overall comprehensive evaluation score of the project is 82.73,which indicates that the supervision of the project is at a good level.Overall,the supervision project meets the requirements of the project client.However,there are still some problems in the process of project supervision.In view of the problems existing in the project,the suggestions for the follow-up supervision operation are put forward.Through this study,the evaluation index system and evaluation model designed in this paper conform to the evaluation of supervision projects,and can reflect objectively the actual implementation and supervision level of supervision projects.It provides beneficial theoretical guidance and methodological reference for such enterprises. |
