The Quality Upgrade Strategy And Implementation Of Equipment Used In 4.1 Mt/a Diesel Deep Hydrogenation Desulfurization

As a big increase in number of vehicles in our country,the air pollution caused by automobile exhaust has been very serious.Therefore,it is imperative to reduce the pollution of environment by using the clean production technology to produce clean diesel products.The present processing of 4.1 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation eqquipment of Sinopec Qingdao petrochemical co.,LTD.can not meet the requirements of producing national V standard diesel.Therefore,it is urgent to choose the appropriate technology and route to complete diesel quality upgrading within the required time.In this paper,a detailed investigation and analysis about clean diesel production technology at home and abroad were carried out.In view of the present operating status of 4.1Mt/a diesel hydrogenation operation,we find a suitable upgrading technology for this device by cooperate with the design institute.In the process of plant shutdown overhaul in 2015,the quality upgrade project has been implemented.And the effect of the diesel quality upgrade project has been analysized and summarized.The mainly quality upgrade project of 4.1 Mt/a diesel deep hydrogenation desulfurization eqquipment was carried out by adding a reactor,then airspeed of the catalyst decreased from 2.5 h^-1 to 1.0 h^-1.At the same time,supporting by the reforming circulating hydrogen compressor,the ability of new hydrogen supply has been increased and the heat utilization level has been improved.After renovation,the total sulfur of diesel product reduced under 10μg/g,the quality of diesel was steady and satisfed with national V diesel standard requirements.In addition,energy consumption decreased from 10.56 kilogram standard oil per ton to 5.33 kilogram standard oil per ton after renovation,the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
