| With the development of the times,social competition has become more and more fierce.As a special group,college students have received more and more attention from all walks of life.Most college students are generally weak in immunity,and the spirit is in a state of tension for a long time.Faced with the great changes in the way of life and learning,many college students are difficult to adapt at a time,physical and mental health is extremely vulnerable,and it is difficult to find the right way to resolve.The advancement of medical technology and the improvement of the overall concept of social health have provided favorable conditions for the continuous expansion of the connotation and extension of plant health.The range of plant health applications has expanded from the original hospital outdoor space to the non-medical landscape spaces of most people’s workplaces,adjacent streets,urban open spaces,and campuses.As a new medical method,botanical health has a good effect on human physiology,mental health and society.Applying plant health to the rehabilitation and recovery of college students’ physical and mental health is the trend of future campus-related construction.This paper mainly summarizes the basic theories of horticultural therapy and its application methods in the rehabilitation effect of greenland landscape.In order to study the influence of different types of campus green space landscape on college students’ physical and mental health,in order to provide a scientific theoretical basis for future campus landscape design,this experiment quantitatively tests the physiological indexes(blood pressure,heart rate,RR interval value)of college students before and after visiting different landscapes.And psychological indicators(anxiety,mood state,subjective recovery)and cognitive ability indicators(reverse digital memory breadth)changes.The results showed that the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,RR interval value and heart rate were significantly decreased in the forest landscape(P<0.05),and the changes in the psychological scale were extremely significant in the water landscape(P<0.05).The change of memory breadth was extremely significant in forest land and water landscape(P<0.05),while the overall effect of square landscape was small.It can be seen that different campus greenland landscape viewing activities have improved the emotional anxiety and physical and mental fatigue of college students from different angles,and the forest land and water body have the best effect. |
