The passenger car industry belongs to the niche industry in the automotive industry and belongs to the commercial vehicle field.The production method is labor-intensive,and it is impossible to realize the production line,automation,rhythm and standardization of cars.The fierce competition situation in the market industry has forced the passenger car production enterprises to change from paying attention to their own inventory management to paying attention to the complete production process organization management,while requiring more accurate customer demand management.Agile Manufacturing(AM)is known as the 21 st Century Manufacturing Strategy and has received more and more attention in manufacturing and management.Agile manufacturing has put forward new requirements for the organizational structure,management mode,production organization and competition concept of the current enterprise.It is a new manufacturing mode that quickly manufactures products that meet the individual needs of customers.Agile manufacturing also takes into account the quality management of the entire life cycle of products.Based on the concept of modern quality management,information networking technology and system integration technology of modern scientific management are used as means,and all personnel participate in the quality management system.Combining the operation mode of modern manufacturing enterprises with the management of production organization has important theoretical and practical guiding significance to promote the rapid development of China's passenger car manufacturing industry and achieve large-scale agile customization of products.In practice,the competition points of domestic passenger car enterprises are reflected in terms of delivery time,product price,quality level,after-sales service ability,etc..The competition in the industry is becoming increasingly hot.XX company is a new force in the passenger car manufacturing enterprises in China.It has become the first echelon enterprise in the passenger car industry.With the continuous development of the company,the traditional "small variety of massproduction methods" can not meet the complex market environment and changeable customer requirements,delivery time is difficult to guarantee,quality fluctuations,after-sales service response is not timely and other regular problems,has seriously restricted the development of the company.To solve these problems,it is urgent to introduce agile manufacturing concept.The whole process of the management of the passenger car production organization involves all departments of the company(sales,design,production,technology,procurement,quality control,storage,after-sale,etc.).Among them,the timely delivery rate,cost control ability,product quality control,after-sales service response speed,etc.are important measures.The research on production organization management based on Agile manufacturing concept is of great practical significance for XX to meet the changing market and customer requirements through the management of passenger car production organization.In recent years,XX has vigorously promoted manufacturing informatization and carried out a lot of transformation and optimization of the company's passenger car production organization system.It is divided into six chapters to make a comprehensive and in-depth systematic elaboration on the optimization of production organization management under the agile manufacturing concept.The first chapter: the theoretical basis of the thesis research.The related theories of production organization management and agile manufacturing and the connection between them are described.The second chapter: describes the current situation of passenger car production organization management of XX company,and carries on the performance evaluation of production organization management from the market environment dimension and the internal environment dimension respectively.The third chapter: from seven aspects of XX company passenger car production organization management problems.The fourth chapter: The article introduces the concept of Agile manufacturing to the design of the optimization scheme of passenger car production organization management of XX company.Firstly,it explains the general idea of productionorganization management of bus enterprises based on agile manufacturing concept.Secondly,the optimization design is based on three core factors: material supply,mass customization production and quality control.The fifth chapter: This paper puts forward the guarantee measures of implementing the optimization plan from three aspects: management mode guarantee,personnel guarantee and informatization guarantee.
