The Research On Flexible Production Management Of Auto Company

Based on the present situation of production and management of automation production line in our country,the status quo of production management of Dalian Auto-tech Incorporated Corporation based on the in-depth analysis of some problems existing in the production mode and the transformation of the field of automatic production line of high-tech enterprises.These problems will affect the sustainable development of the company’s growth in view of this,to some extent,there are put forward the improvement scheme,hope to improve the flexible production mode of enterprise help.This thesis consists of four chapters,the contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction.In this part based on the research background and significance of Auto’s production management,and it emphasizes the importance of flexible production management,and then it puts forward the research contents and this research method,formulates the research framework map.The second chapter is an introduction to the theoretical basis for flexible research.This part elaborates the related concept of flexible production management and development course,analyses the basic theory of flexible production management,reviews the related research on flexible production management and flexible manufacturing system at home and abroad,summarizes the theoretical source for the improvement of flexible production management of Auto Company.The third chapter introduces the current situation of production of Auto Company.This part briefly introduces the current situation of Auto company the company,including introduction,development,organization framework,personnel structure,operating performance,and introduces the production status of the current Auto Company,mainly introduced the automatic production line of the automobile production management status and white appliances automated production line,introduced the existing management of production.The fourth chapter is the solution of the flexible production management system of Auto Company.Based on the third part of the problem,the thesis puts forward a flexible production management system.Firstly,the general frame of flexible production management system is introduced,secondly,the structure of the system is described in detail,including the personnel flexible model,the construction of flexible organization,the flexibility of production planning,the flexible scheme of technical platform,and finally the guarantee measures of the flexible production management system are put forward,including team leadership,staff communication,training,rules and regulations,rewards and punishments,application of information technology,risk control,etc.The last is conclusion.This part briefly summarizes the background significance of the research of Auto Company’s production management,and based on the analysis of the existing problems,puts forward a new flexible production management system to realize the target of agile manufacturing in automobile and white household appliances.
