The ScopeCorder can capture dozens of different types of signals,enabling multichannel acquisition,storage and display functions,as well as high-speed acquisition and real-time processing of signals,with powerful data processing,signal analysis and waveform storage capabilities.It's one of the most popular test instruments in contemporary society.The development of ScopeCorder is of great significance for mastering test techniques,enriching the functions of test instruments,and promoting the development of test instrument industry.Data processing and data storage are the key points and difficulties in the design of ScopeCorder.The general test instrument data processing and data storage design is relatively simple,the number of channels for general applications is small,and the application is not flexible enough.Based on the research and development project of ScopeCorder,the following contents from the perspective of FPGA technology is mainly studied:1.Analyzes the function indicators and feasibility of the ScopeCorder from the system firstly,then the overall framework of the ScopeCorder is introduced,and according to the framework of oscillograph recorder,two key technologies of data processing and data storage of oscillograph recorder are introduced from the perspective of FPGA technology,the research focus of this paper is gradually drawn.2.In the research of data processing of ScopeCorder,the two functional modules of ScopeCorder filter and real-time arithmetic is conduct in this paper.A filter device capable of real-time configuration and a real-time arithmetic module capable of implementing complex algorithms in an FPGA are designed under the system clock processing of 100 MHz.3.In the research of data storage of ScopeCorder,the two acquisition modes of ScopeCorder and general storage mode are conduct in this paper.A general acquisition and storage scheme suitable for ScopeCorder is designed,which can realize the design of storing different types of boards in any 128 channels.,A deep storage scheme is designed,which can realize any channel storage in 16 channels,single channel maximum storage depth of 2Gpts,and variable storage depth,at the same timeThrough testing and verification,the filter designed in this paper can be adjusted according to the user's needs.Real-time arithmetic can achieve real-time effect.Common acquisition mode can support 128 channels of acquisition and display.Deep storage can be stored support for 16 channels of storage,storage channels and storage depth can be changed as needed.
