As an important instrument in the field of electronic measurement,the oscilloscope has achieved the capture and display of waveform data and the analysis and processing of complex signals.With the rapid development of electronic technology,the hardware indicators of digital oscilloscopes continue to improve,and the requirements for higher standards for the intelligence and integration of their software platforms are also raised.Especially in waveform analysis and verification analysis,it has been a hot spot for major oscilloscope companies.Based on the research of the "High Definition Digital Oscilloscope" project,this paper focused on the functional design of waveform analysis and verification software under the Visual Studio 2017 development tool.As an important use of oscilloscope,waveform analysis includes many functional modules.This paper has mainly studied two parts: parameter measurement and cursor measurement,which are used as the premise and basis for verification software implementation.Verification software includes DDR3 verification application software for DDR3 signals and limit/template verification application software for template verification using templates.The specific content of this paper is as follows:1.Waveform analysis module: The parameter measurement module and the cursor measurement module are mainly studied.The parameter measurement module is based on the frequency distribution histogram parameters to realize the measurement of the vertical and horizontal parameters,and can realize the statistical function of the parameter measurement by capturing the parameter values for a period of time.In addition,this paper has also proposed the parameter measurement indicator function,which achieved the graphical display of parameter measurement.The cursor measurement module has achieved the fixed point measurement of the waveform through the horizontal cursor and the vertical cursor.2.DDR3 verification module: By analyzing the basic principles of DDR3 verification test,the DDR3 signal integrity test scheme was developed.Based on this,DDR3 verification software was designed to realize the verification test of DDR3 signal quality.The DDR3 parameter types include: single-ended signal parameters,differential signal parameters,clock timing parameters,data strobe timing parameters,and command/address timing parameters,and the specific implementation algorithms for each parameter are described in detail.3.Limit/template verification module: According to different template generation methods,it is divided into two parts: waveform limit test and standard template test.The software configuration parameters are used to read and draw the template,and the compatibility between the acquired waveform and the selected template is compared.To achieve statistics and verification of signal anomalies.The software design of this paper is based on the oscilloscope platform of Windows system.It has adoptd object-oriented design idea and multi-thread design idea.It has completed the code writing of each module,and carried out functional test and verification.It has finally proved the functional stability and correctness of each module.
