With the increase of traditional energy pollution and people's awareness of environmental protection,the research and development of new energy has become one of the key strategies of various countries.As an important direction for the development of new energy fields,batteries have also undergone significant development in recent years.As a kind of application direction of the battery,the backup battery plays a very important role in the place where it is necessary to maintain the continuous supply of electricity.Mastering the performance of the backup battery is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the backup battery.Combining the backup battery management and performance test with the Internet of Things(IoT)can effectively improve the intelligence of the backup battery system.The IoT data platform system for backup battery can realize real-time monitoring a large number of backup batteries at the same time in the cloud,collect and store the battery data,complete the real-time state protection and battery performance analysis of the backup battery.It help to realize battery development,and reaching new forms in the battery industry.This paper designs and implements a high-performance IoT data platform system for backup batteries by analyzing existing network connection management methods and high concurrency frameworks,and combining battery testing and data characteristics.At the same time,this system is used for management and data collection of the backup battery of the base station.And performance analysis was performed on these backup batteries.First of all,according to the needs analysis of the entire IoT platform system,the system is designed according to the overall system architecture,system threads,and the various system function modules.And through the TCP connection,Netty framework,thread pool and database management system and other technical support to achieve the IoT data platform system,including battery monitoring terminal connection and management,data receiving and delivery,data storage,data display and other functions.Secondly,through the functional test and performance test of the system and the visual display of the system,it is proved that the system can fulfill the requirements of the scheduled tasks and the stable operation of the system in a high concurrent environment.Finally,the system is applied to the monitoring of the base station backup battery.In more than three months,one thousand base station backup battery packs are managed,and nearly 10 million base station backup battery actual data are collected.Using the big data analysis method and the collected battery data,the performance analysis of the base station backup battery is realized.
