This paper is based on CANoe's pure electric bus AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)controller test platform development research,the main work is as follows(1)According to the power demand of the pure electric bus,the parameters such as the power speed of the drive motor,the speed ratio of the transmission,the type and capacity of the battery are determined based on the vehicle parameters,and the vehicle dynamics check is performed.Finally,the Cruise model is built(2)Study shifting rules and shift process control.The shifting rules are formulated based on the four parameters of vehicle speed,throttle opening,acceleration and SOC.In the aspect of shift control process control,the speed control and torque control of the drive motor are studied,and the fuzzy control is introduced into the control of the AMT shift motor.(3)Developed a complete vehicle CAN network platform and a CAN network auxiliary platform.The vehicle CAN network platform can develop and test the CAN network and observe signals and send and receive messages in real time,achieving the purpose of real-time monitoring and testing of controller functions.According to the problems encountered in the development process,the Visual Studio integrated development software uses the C#language combined with the engineering practice to develop the CAN network auxiliary platform through innovation.According to the situation that there is only one CAN network matrix Excel table in the project,the innovation is realized.The DBC database and its corresponding data file code are automatically generated,making the process of developing the CAN network simulation platform as automated as possible(4)In the prototype development stage of the current commercial vehicle and bus fault diagnosis system,the PC uses the DM(Diagnostic Message)protocol to develop a universal fault diagnosis instrument to provide an innovative solution for the development of fault diagnosis systems for commercial vehicles and buses.The way,saving time,cost,and engineering significance and use value.
