| As a pillar industry of China’s national economy,the construction industry has always had unique advantages and played an important role in absorbing the employment of surplus rural labor.The labor employment model of the construction industry has been constantly changing with the deepening of the economic system reform.However,the existing four types of labor employment There are many labor management problems in the labor subcontracting mode,the construction company directly hiring labor workers,the shelf team labor mode,and the scattered labor mode.In recent years,the country has continuously promoted the reform of the labor employment system and the call for cancellation of labor qualifications has increased.The higher the level,localities are also actively exploring how to deal with the possible impact of the cancellation of labor qualifications.Therefore,in this context,it is very important to study and explore the impact of the cancellation of labor qualifications on my country’s construction labor market,and to propose relevant countermeasures.First of all,this article uses literature research and field survey method analysis to explain the conventional labor mode of my country’s construction industry,as well as the problems existing in construction labor management,and point out the necessity of canceling construction labor qualifications.Secondly,it systematically analyzed the impact of the cancellation of construction labor qualifications on labor employment system,construction enterprises,labor subcontracting enterprises and construction labor workers.Third,based on the basic scenario of canceling labor qualifications,using game theory and methods to establish a game model between labor subcontractors and general construction contractors,labor subcontractors,and labor subcontractors and labor workers.Game analysis and discussion.Finally,from the three aspects of the employment strategy of the general contractor,the transformation and development strategy of the labor service subcontracting company and the job selection strategy of the construction workers,the countermeasures of the various labor market entities after the cancellation of labor qualifications are proposed.The impact of the cancellation of labor qualifications on the construction labor market and the proposed countermeasures analyzed in this article can provide reference and reference for construction enterprises,labor subcontracting enterprises and construction labor workers to better respond to the cancellation of labor qualifications in the construction market. |
