Research On Plane Types And Adaptive Renovation Design Of Existing Residential Buildings In Dalian

China has a large number of residential buildings,and a large number of houses built in the 1980 s and 1990 s have low design standards.With the change of lifestyle and the improvement of living standards,they are unable to meet modern living standards.Especially in the residential plane,the use area is insufficient,the residential function is imperfect,and the adaptability of the layout is poor.In recent years,with the implementation of the state’s existing residential renovation policy,China’s residential renovation has achieved certain results in terms of reinforcement,insulation,and environmental improvement,but the research and practice of residential indoor plane reconstruction are very limited.Therefore,this paper focuses on the indoor plane problem of existing houses built in the1980 s and 1990 s in China.Through the methods of literature research,design drawing collection,household surveys,etc.,the idea of stratification of open buildings is introduced to explore and adapt to the existing The design method for the transformation of the actual situation of the residential floor.Firstly,through the method of literature research,this paper introduces the theory of adaptive adaptation of plane layout,sorts out the cases of adaptive transformation at home and abroad,and discusses the feasible ways of the layout transformation of existing residential buildings in China.Secondly,starting from the existing plane type of residential buildings in Dalian Through the method of drawing investigation,combing the type evolution and characteristics of the layout,and analyzing the inadequacy of the layout of the layout,on the basis of this,select the typical residential plane in Dalian for on-the-spot investigation,and analyze the residents living through interviews with households.And the problems in spontaneous transformation,clarify the gap between housing demand and the status quo,and provide the basis for the formulation of reasonable transformation goals;once again,introduce the hierarchical thinking of open housing theory,divide the transformation level of existing residential layout,and expand to different levels.Reform the design research,and summarize the practical methods to realize the transformation design;finally,select the typical layout of Dalian,and apply the above method to transform the design.This paper systematically explores the methods and processes of adaptive layout design of existing residential layouts.On the basis of mastering the layout types of existing residential buildings,the paper proposes a transformation design method that adapts to theconstraints of layout layout and living needs.Part of the adaptive update,the industrialization and modularization of the kitchen and bathroom space in the filling body part,and the personalized updating of the living room space of the filling body part for the purpose of improving the functional adaptability of the living space.This paper studies the feasible transformation mode of typical plane layout,discusses the diversified transformation design that adapts to different needs,and provides reference for the large-scale renovation of existing residential floor layout in China.
