Integrative Research On Decoration And Energy-saving Renovation Of Existing Collection Of Multilayer Residence In Tianjin

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the huge energy consumption and the consequent impact on the natural environment makes the energy conservation and emissions reduction work is imminent. At present the massive energy-saving renovation for existing residential buildings is in full open and effective. However, the problems which existing residential building energy-saving renovation and improvement project of the facade of the city on the building decorates beautification function position of overlap, and the lack of unified command of engineering design makes the engineerings cover each other, damage the integrity. The problem causes repetitive construction, waste of resources and manpower, increase the disturb of residents’ life, also make the existing residential building energy-saving renovation and decoration of restraining each other, it is difficult to complete.Taking collection of multilayer residence in Tianjin built in the 1976~1995s as the research object, through such means as visiting research,accessing to relevant data, the author summarized the characteristics of the existing collection of multilayer residence in Tianjin, did a deep tracking survey of the representative engineering case, a summary of the renovation process and application technology of existing collection of multilayer residence in Tianjin, analyzed the existing problems. In this paper, the author did a deep research to the problem from two aspects: architectural aesthetic principles and energy-saving technology. On the one hand, to conclude the unique urban landscape and urban characteristic in Tianjin, found out the architectural symbols that are applicable to both the collection of multilayer residential and the decoration renovation, on the other hand, to study the technical plan that is suitable for the energy-saving renovation of the residential in Tianjin area, and under the latest guidance of the standard for fire protection and energy saving, the energy-saving is simulated by computer software, compare the energy-saving materials and technology. Eventually to find out the combining site of two research routes, from the perspective of resources integration, to set the general principle of decoration energy-saving renovation integration, research the energy-saving reform of the transformation and integration design strategy respectively from three aspects —— the collection of multilayer residential facade, roof, decorative artifacts component, in order to carry out the combination of architectural aesthetics and the energy saving technology, and good for the comprehensive renovation and update of existing collection of multilayer residence in Tianjin.
