| At present,Inner Mongolia and even China are facing a large number of road reinforcement projects.Semi-rigid materials are generally used for structural reinforcement.Although semi-rigid materials can provide better bearing capacity,semi-rigid materials can cause reflection cracks due to self-cracking,resulting in deterioration of the quality of the pavement structure.Asphalt-treated permeable base(ATB)has good road performance and mechanical properties.In the reinforcement and reinforcement project,it can effectively avoid the reflection crack caused by the shrinkage of the semi-rigid base layer itself.ATB materials have been studied in some areas of China,and some ATB flexible base layer test sections and physical engineering have been paved.However,most of the current research focuses on the application research of new flexible structural roads.The use of ATB materials to reinforce the original semi-rigid asphalt pavement is relatively rare.The research in the ATB material reinforcement project on The material design,road performance,mechanical properties,construction technology and the performance of asphalt pavement after reinforcement is still not perfect.There are still misunderstandings on the technical and economic benefits of using ATB materials for reinforcement.In these aspects,a lot of research and practice work is needed.This paper relies on the additional reinforcement project of Tongliao to Lubei section of the Changlu Expressway Xinlu Linkage Line of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and carries out a large number of indoor test and paving test roads.The mix design,road performance test and mechanical property test of the three ATB mixes and AC-25 mixes were carried out,and through the paving test road,using the ATB-30 mixture to rebuild the old road,verify its performance,analyze the technical and economic benefits of ATB mixture.The test results show that ATB mixture has good pavement performance,especially high temperature stability and anti-reflective cracking.It has obvious advantages in reducing rutting and reflective cracking,which are two main diseases of asphalt pavement in China;The dynamic modulus and compressive resilience modulus of ATB mixtures are larger than AC-25 mixtures,and the maximum difference is more than 1.5 times.It shows that ATB mixtures have good mechanical properties,can effectively diffuse traffic loads and reduce pavement diseases;The construction technology of ATB base course is simple,and there is no need to improve the construction equipment.It has good applicability in asphalt pavement overlay and reinforcement engineering.It provides an effective way to solve a series of problems caused by traditional semi-rigid base course and has obvious technical and economic benefits. |
