Currently, for water damage of the road structure, the big grass-roots on the pore water mixture will be focused on mostly in the drainage system in most study of the internal roads. To meet the good drainage properties, large pore water stable porous gravel or lean concrete is generally more than 30% porosity, resulting in the decrease of mechanical properties and mixture fatigue performance, which can not satisfy the long-term use of the road performance, low economic efficiency. Meanwhile, due to its special gradation, this phenomenon will result in serious construction Segregation, easy compaction and stability. To solve the above problem, this paper presents a range of common cement stabilized crushed stone and porous permeability between a lean concrete cement stabilized gravel mixture. In this article, through a large number of laboratory tests reference to relevant information, open-graded Cement Treated Permeable Base gradation is taken, and further, several different types of open-graded Cement Treated Permeable Base structure is made for the contrast of gradation type. The last aim on the best physical and mechanical properties of cement, stress-strain properties and fatigue performance verification, is to obtain the regression relation between each indicator by the modified fatigue equation. Through the analysis of the traditional semi-rigid road surface water damage, the information of water's influnce on the design parameters of the road and the conditions of interlayer contact is obtained. For permeable layer of pavement on the set structure, the author calculates the max stress level corresponding to different asphalt layers required, and analyzes the structure layers stress of the end, surface deflection and subgrade deformation. Carried out by hydraulic calculation of a south highway, the writer acquires the index value of water seepage and the appropriate thickness under the different safety factor.
