With the gradual advancement of China’s urbanization and the continuous improvement of people’s comfort level in life, building energy consumption has gradually become a non-negligible component of total energy consumption in society.Northern urban heating energy consumption accounts for a relatively large proportion of building energy consumption, while urban heating is dominated by centralized heating in residential areas. The traditional heating method is based on a full-time,full-time mode, and the user terminal’s autonomous adjustability is limited. With the continuous promotion of the household heat metering charging method and the gradual enhancement of the user’s adjustable ability, the end user can adjust the indoor environment according to his actual needs. The impact of personnel behavior on heating energy consumption is more than that of the whole room. The heating mode is greatly increased. If the heating is still performed in a full-time manner,it will cause greater energy waste. Therefore, describing these personnel behaviors quantitatively through a reasonable mathematical model, summarizing representative personnel behavior patterns, and then calculating the impact of different personnel behavior patterns on heating energy consumption, can not only improve the matching of heating system operation supply and demand, but also It can regulate users’ energy consumption behaviors and jointly promote the realization of energy saving goals. This paper mainly calculates and analyzes the energy consumption of the heating system of residential districts considering the behavior of personnel. The research content mainly includes:(1)Establish a model to describe the behavior of personnel.Personnel behavior can be divided into mobile and personnel movement of two parts, first introduced the personnel based on the first-order homogeneous Markov Chain moving simulation method, aiming at its defect is proposed based on Markov Decision Process personnel movement simulation method, and through the three-dimensional Weibull function describe the personnel action related to environmental factors, respectively, summarizes the key characteristic parameters of the model.(2)personnel behavior investigation and testing and the determination of behavior patterns. This article for more than 200 residents in a residential district of xi ’an for the monitoring and research of a heating season, made descriptions personnel need to simulate the behavior model of the key characteristic parameters of moving simulation method for two kinds of personnel to compare the summary,Markov decision method is found that will reduce the error of 48%.The input data needed for energy consumption simulation are obtained through the calculation of survey data.According to the survey data, five representative staff behavior patterns are summarized.(3)Carry out heating system energy consumption simulation based on the behavior mode of each person.Taking a residential area in Xi’an as an example, the energy consumption simulation software Energy Plus was used to simulate the energy consumption of the heating system in the residential area under five behavior modes, and the impact of personnel behavior on the energy consumption of the heating system was analyzed and summarized. The results show that the personnel behavior pattern has a greater impact on the energy consumption of the heating system in the residential area, and the difference in energy consumption between different behavior patterns can reach 80%,which proves that the heating system that considers personnel behavior has greater energy saving potential. The research results of this paper can be used as a guide for system operation regulation, and can also be used to specify standards to regulate users’ energy use behaviors.
