The global economy is in the transition from product economy to service economy.Innovation and service have gradually become the core value of the whole economy.The manufacturing industry is undergoing profound changes.The traditional manufacturing value chain is expanding and extending,and its coverage gradually moves from the manufacturing and manufacturing fields.Extended to the service area.The boundary between manufacturing and service is becoming increasingly blurred.Manufacturing and services form the integration of secondary and tertiary industries,and the value created by services is increasing in the proportion of enterprise output.Driven by information technology such as the Internet of Things and big data,manufacturing companies can monitor the working status of products,promptly warn of faults and provide fast technical service support.Therefore,it is imperative for manufacturing enterprises to use new information technology for service innovation.XCMG Tower is a traditional equipment manufacturing company engaged in the research and development,manufacturing,sales and service of tower cranes and providing customized solutions for customers.This article takes XCMG as an example to study how to use the new information technology to promote the transformation of the enterprise from traditional service to smart service.First of all,through the questionnaire survey method to understand the comprehensive effect of service effects and analysis of customer needs,to summarize the problems of XCMG tower crane services,such as low service efficiency,serious homogenization,insufficient product and market docking.Secondly,the root causes of the above problems are studied from the aspects of application of information technology,innovation and intelligence of services.Then,it focuses on how to use new information technology to solve these problems,and proposes Xugong tower crane intelligent service under the new information technology from four aspects: remote service,preventive service,timely service and innovative service.Finally,the corresponding implementation safeguard measures are put forward in combination with the actual application to ensure that the smart service of XCMG tower crane under the new information technology is put in place.The construction of smart service is a long-term strategic project.At present,most companies in China are still in the stage of groping and improving.In this paper,the research on the design of XCMG tower crane intelligent service under the new information technology not only has a positive effect on improving the overall customer satisfaction of the company,but also hopes to provide some reference and reference for the manufacturing and service promotion of Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises. |
